Dr. Jim received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. He then graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. He built and managed two successful, AAHA accredited veterinary hospitals in Clarksville, Tennessee. Having his undergraduate degree in finance Dr. Jim is passionate about both veterinary medicine and veterinary management. His goal is to give advice and tools to veterinary hospital owners, associate veterinarians, and their support staff to grow their practice with premier veterinary care, a healthy culture and financial management.

Jes received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She started managing two veterinary hospitals in 2010. She went on to become a certified veterinary practice manager in 2019. Jes has grown up in the veterinary field starting in the kennel in 1999 and working her way up to management. Jes has a passion for staff training and development to help build confidence in all members of the team. Her goals are to analyze the financials of veterinary hospitals, train staff and provide a guide to provide the best care to patients and financial health of veterinary hospitals.
